Fabric Formed Concrete

Whether you are armoring a shoreline, lining a channel, or repairing scour protection, Hydrotex® has a form to meet your needs. Hydrotex® Fabric Formed Concrete Linings are constructed of two fabric layers that are pump filled, in place, with a structural fine aggregate concrete grout.

Compared to conventional methods, the Hydrotex® system can cut construction costs by as much as 50%. There is generally no need for dewatering and costly, labor intensive forming is eliminated. Mobilization costs are minimal in comparison. With a variety of sizes and configurations available, Hydrotex® Fabric Formed Concrete Linings can handle any job, and save money doing it. Panels are made to order to job specific requirements, and simply “zip” together.
