Made from a high strength monofilament geotextile, SiltTex® Inlet Protection is designed to fit under the grate and capture sediment from construction run-off. Over flow openings that match the open area of the grate prevent flooding during heavy rain events. GSI makes SiltTex® Inlet Protection in four popular sizes that will fit most standard castings. We will also custom build them to fit almost any opening. Talk with your GSI representative for more information on custom sizes.
